CDT Employee Benefits

The following is an outline of the benefits provided to employees of CDT Business Solutions, Inc. Requirements for eligibility, including length of service and standard weekly work hours, differs with each benefit and is outlined herein. Individuals working under 1099, Independent Contractor or Sub-Contract agreements are not eligible for these or any other benefits from CDT.

Eligibility and Start of Medical and Dental Coverage

Salaried employees are eligible to participate in our group medical and dental insurance coverage beginning the first day of the month following their 90th day of employment.

Life Insurance
$10,000 of life insurance is provided for all employees.

401k
All CDT employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week are eligible to participate in our 401k. Our plan is with John Hancock; offering substantial pre-tax investment options. Participation can begin on the first day of the calendar quarter.

Holidays

Salaried employees receive up to 10 paid holidays per year, in accordance with the client company’s schedule.

Sick/Personal Time

Salaried employees receive 6 paid days per year to be used for illness or to take care of personal or family matters.

Vacation Schedule

Salaried employees are eligible for 10 paid vacation days per year. Employees are eligible to take accrued vacation time after 6 months of employment.
